Oleo Relax

February 2, 2010

Okay, to now we are going to talk about our fourth line, which is Oleo-Relax, and Oleo-Relax is exactly what sounds like. This is a line to help with clients who have very dry, rebellious hair. And what I mean by that is that there’s an increasing amount of volume and undesired volume, which is usually caused by frizz and the hair tends to look very dry.

Bain Oleo-Relax

The first product that we’re going to talk about is Bain Oleo-Relax, which is the main shampoo for clients with dry hair. Um, this can be clients that have ethnic hair, maybe have relaxers in their hair. Um, and clients that really just wanna eliminate a lot of volume outta the hair. Uh, so Bain Oleo-Relax is gonna really help to do that, and the main reason why is there’s a lot of silicone derivatives in this product, as well as shreya [sp] oil which is a very heavy oil that helps to kinda diffuse volume in the hair.

Masque Olea-Relax

And the next thing we’re gonna talk about is ah, Masqu Oleo-Relax. And this is going to help to soften the hair cuticle, which is really important when it comes to talk about taming frizz. This is also gonna help to eliminate any penetration of humidity, and it helps with you know, pro-, promoting a lotta shine and smoothness in the hair so the hair cuticle doesn’t feel so rough.

And uh, this, these products that I’m talking about really cater to the client with really thick hair. You know, clients maybe are Samoan descent, African descent, even Latina descent, that really have the thick, thick hair and really just want to have hair that feels soft, touchable, and is very manageable.

Serum Olea-Relax

Third product that we’re gonna talk about – which is probably one of my favorite products in this line – is Serum Oleo-Relax. The nice thing about this product is that it is silicone-derived um, but it doesn’t feel very heavy and it’s not thick. It’s one of our lighter styling products, and this helps the hair from regressing back to being dry and rebellious. And this, I like to have my clients use right after they shampoo and condition, and prior to blow drying the hair. It really helps to kinda smooth the hair cuticle down.

Elixer Olea-Relax

The fourth product is Elixir Oleo-Relax. Now with this product, this is really for clients with really thick, heavy, unmanageable hair. Again, a lot of silicones in this product, and shreya and palm oils, which really have big molecules, and so they really help to kinda coat the hair shaft and diffuse volume in the hair. Um, so clients that wanna maybe have, don’t really have wavy, curly, um, have straight hair, but really want it to be nice and sleek, this would be the product that you would apply after shampooing and conditioning. It’s a heavier version of the Serum Oleo-Relax.

Voile Olea-Relax

Our last and final product that we’re gonna talk about in this line is Voile Oleo-Relax, and this is meant to be used after you’ve dried the hair and flat-ironed the hair. Um, you want to use this at the very end, and this is gonna help to kinda set your style, uh, smooth down fly-aways, as well as protect your hair from regressing, which is very important. You don’t want to spend two hours blow drying your hair, flat-ironing your hair, for it, for you to step outside and it become a frizz-ball. So Voile Oleo-Relax is meant to be used at the very end, and it’s not meant to be used with heat.
